AION 2 Build Planner (V1)
The planning tool behind every build on this site. It enforces one rule: a build is only as good as its verification — class, skills, gear and purpose must each be Global-confirmed before they count.
What the planner does
- Pick a Global-confirmed class — sourced from the class roster once verified, never inferred from KR/TW.
- Select skills / Stigma only from verified structured records.
- Choose gear direction per slot where Global data exists; otherwise marked "unverified".
- State the purpose — PvE, PvP, leveling or dungeon — only where supported.
- Label everything — region, patch/version, verification status and last-verified date.
Region & version checks
Builds are region-sensitive: KR/TW numbers do not transfer to the Global build. The planner tags every component with its source (GLOBAL_VERIFIED / KR_TW_OFFICIAL / COMMUNITY_REPORTED) and refuses to save a combination that mixes unlabelled regional data into a Global build.
What the planner will not do
- No opaque AI scores — every recommendation exposes its basis.
- No infinite indexable combinations — saved build states are not mass-indexed (PRD §8).
- No invented rotations, stat caps or drop data.
First use
Until Advance Access, the planner accepts only the class step (from the confirmed roster). Skill, gear and Stigma steps open as verified records are published. Start with the builds hub for current build directions.

Does the AION 2 Build Planner invent builds?
No. It blocks unverified components — skills and gear must come from published, region-labelled records.
Will saved planner builds be indexed?
No — planner states are user-side and not mass-indexed, by design.
